Building a property to sell or let

If your client is building a property to sell or let, building multiple properties, carrying out a property refurbishments on a property deemed as uninhabitable (without bathroom or kitchen) or buying at auction, our short term funding desk can offer a range of solutions to suit their individual circumstances.
